By joining any of our Membership Subscriptions and/or Programs, you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions as stated below.



REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS, PAYMENT PLANS & FAILED PAYMENTS


All sales of digital products - downloadable upon confirmation of purchase - are FINAL, unless otherwise stated in a guarantee.



REFUNDS POLICY


Section 23 Terms & Conditions
By purchasing our digital products, programs, or membership subscriptions, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

Due to the digital and downloadable nature of these products, we do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances. This policy applies to all products and services, including but not limited to membership subscriptions.

Refund requests, regardless of the reason or circumstances, will not be considered. This policy is strictly enforced in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.



RETURN POLICY


All digital products and services, including instant downloads, are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, no returns will be accepted under any circumstances.


Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation, including any guarantees or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.



CANCELLATION POLICY


Monthly Membership Subscriptions:


  • Subscriptions will not automatically cancel.
  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time after the first full month by sending a cancellation request to maren@marenbarnard.com and following the provided instructions.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date to avoid charges for the next billing cycle. Payments for the next billing cycle are non-refundable, and monthly fees will not be prorated.
  • Upon cancellation of a monthly subscription, access to all content, including access to any associated Facebook Groups, will terminate immediately.


Annual Membership Subscriptions:


  • Subscriptions will not automatically cancel.
  • You may cancel your annual subscription at any time; however, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the 12-month renewal date to prevent the next year's subscription from being processed and billed.
  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable, and no cancellations or refunds will be allowed before the end of the 12-month term.
  • Fully paid-up annual members will retain access to all purchased content, including any associated Facebook Groups, for the remainder of the 12-month period. At the end of the 12-month term, access to content and associated groups will terminate.


General Conditions:


  • No trial period is offered for subscriptions.
  • This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under applicable legislation.



PAYMENT PLANS


Payments for all payment plans will be automatically debited every 30 days from the payment method provided at the time of registration. The recurring payment schedule begins 30 days from the date of initial sign-up. It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available in the nominated account or on the provided card to allow for successful payment processing.


By enrolling in a payment plan, you acknowledge and agree that you are contractually obligated to complete the full repayment term as specified at the time of purchase.

This includes:

  • A three (3) month repayment period for "F&W - Funnels & Webinars."
  • A four (4) month repayment period for "The Digital Product Lab."


Failure to complete the agreed repayment term may result in enforcement actions, including but not limited to referral to a debt recovery agency, in accordance with applicable laws.



FAILED PAYMENTS

Failed Payments


If a scheduled payment is unsuccessful, you will be notified via email and required to update your payment information within two (2) calendar days. If the payment fails again on the second attempt:

  • Your membership will be automatically cancelled, and access to all program content and benefits will be revoked until the issue is resolved.
  • Should you wish to re-enrol, you may do so during the next open enrolment period at the prevailing membership fee applicable at that time.


Initial Payment Failure


In the event that your initial payment fails, you will be notified via email and requested to update your payment information within two (2) calendar days. If the payment remains unsuccessful on the second attempt, access to the program will be suspended until payment is rectified.

This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law, ensuring transparency and fairness while maintaining the enforceability of payment obligations.

LIFETIME ACCESS


"Lifetime access" refers to access for the duration of the program's availability. If, for any reason, Maren Barnard decides to discontinue or retire the program, you will be provided with at least ninety (90) days' notice. During this period, you will have the opportunity to download any training materials onto your personal device for future use.
