By joining any of our Membership Subscriptions and/or Programs, you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions as stated below.

All sales of digital products - downloadable upon confirmation of purchase - are FINAL, unless otherwise stated in a guarantee.

Section 23 Terms & Conditions – Refunds Policy

Due to the digital nature of these products, there will be NO REFUNDS whatsoever for any products, including our MEMBERSHIP Subscriptions.

Please do not ask for any refund for any reason or circumstance. Our legal department will strictly enforce this policy.

 

Return Policy on "instant download" type products: 

Due to the nature of instant downloads, the Product/Service is NOT RETURNABLE, under any circumstances. All sales are final and all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Month-to-month subscriptions

Payments for all members will draft every 30 days from the card information provided on file. This will be 30 days from the date you signed up so please note accordingly and ensure sufficient funds are available.

Failed Payments

If your initial payment does not process, you will be sent an email requesting your information to be updated within 2 days. After the second attempt, if your payment does not process your membership will be cancelled. 

You may re-enrol in the future during open enrolment if desired, at the prevailing membership price.

Subscriptions created will NOT automatically cancel.

You may cancel your MONTHLY subscription at any time after the first full month of your subscription, by emailing us at [email protected]

and following the instructions you receive. Once cancelled, you will no longer be charged going forward.

Payments for the next billing cycle will not be refunded, so please make sure to cancel 72 hours before your next payment is due.

No refunds will be issued for any monthly payments and monthly fees will not be prorated.

Upon cancellation of a month-to-month subscription, members will lose access immediately to all content, this includes access to the relevant Facebook Group.

Section 23 Terms & Conditions – Refunds Policy

Maren Barnard ONLY provides a 7-day money-back guarantee for The Digital Product Lab Program. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms:

In order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the course work as indicated below. In the event that you decide to request a refund, you must submit your request within 7 days of your purchase date. Contact our support team at [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund by the 7th day at 11:59 AEST. You must include your course work with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your course work by the 7th day, you will NOT be granted a refund. (Our legal department swill strictly enforce this policy).

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:

  • Requirement 1:  Completed workbook for Module 1 (KYCC)
  • Requirement 2: Attach screenshots of four (4) actual social media posts (must show publish date) where you were validating your online business idea/course.
  • Requirement 3: Joined the Facebook Group

We will NOT provide refunds for "changing your mind" on purchasing this program, so please ensure this program is right for you and your business, PRIOR to purchase. Refunds will only be given after submitting the above 3 requirements.


We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 7 days following the date of purchase. After day 7, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you complete the program or not.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 7 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, Maren Barnard will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. Maren Barnard does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Company’s Terms of Use. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.

All refunds are discretionary as determined by Maren Barnard. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds for requests made after the 7th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.

"The Digital Product Lab" Program has a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee, subject to specific terms & conditions as outlined above and in Section 23 Terms & Conditions – Refunds Policy.

It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to fully understand these PRIOR to making a purchase of this program.

You are contractually obligated to, and you have agreed to, a monthly payment plan over 3 months so there is NO CANCELLATION POLICY available to you.

 

"The Digital Product Lab"

You are contractually obligated to, and you have agreed to, a monthly payment plan over 12 months so there is NO CANCELLATION POLICY available to you.

 

Upon failure to pay on time, members will lose access immediately to all content, this includes access to the relevant Facebook Group until such time you have rectified the situation.

 

12 Week Program

If you have opted into the "F&W - Funnels & Webinars) 12 week program on the Payment Plan: 

  • 1 x Monthly Payment of R4,990 
  • 3 x Monthly Payments of R1,999 each

3 x Monthly payments will be deducted as follows:

Payment 1: Immediately after purchase

Payment 2: 30 Days after purchase date

Payment 3: 60 Days after purchase date

     
When purchasing The Funnels & Webinars Program you enter into a legal obligation to complete all the payments you agreed to when entering this transaction (see above Non-payment remedies).

 

Annual

"The Digital Product Lab"

The Digital Product Lab is STRICTLY a 12 month Program. By opting into any of our payment methods, you are hereby entering into a legally enforceable contractual obligation to honour FULL PAYMENT. 
Non-payment remedies may include, but are not limited to, suspending program and Facebook access, seeking legal remedies or employing collection agencies.

There are 3 payment methods:

International:

  • 1 x Payment of or US$599
  • 3 x Monthly payments of US$239 each
  • 12 x Payments of US$69 each

South African Residents:

  • 1 x Payment of or ZAR9,997
  • 3 x Monthly Payments of R4,299 each
  • 12 x Monthly Payments of R1,250 each
When purchasing The Digital Product Lab Program you enter into a legal obligation to complete all the payments you agreed to when entering this transaction (see above Non-payment remedies).

3 x Monthly payments will be deducted as follows:

Payment 1: Immediately after purchase

Payment 2: 30 Days after purchase date

Payment 3: 60 Days after purchase date

12  x Monthly payments will be deducted as follows:

Payment 1: Immediately after purchase

Payment 2-12: Every 30 days from you purchase date until all 11 payments have been received.

 

Annual Subscriptions created will not automatically cancel.

If you would like to cancel an annual subscription, you may do so at any time.
However, please note that you need to cancel at least 72 hours prior to your 12-month renewal date to prevent the next year’s subscription from being processed and billed.

There is no trial period and we do not allow cancellations and/or refunds for annual subscriptions before the expiry date.

Upon cancellation of a subscription, fully paid-up annual members will continue to receive Content purchased for the remainder of the 12-month period you originally paid for, and once the 12-month term ends, you will no longer have access to the Content, nor the relevant Facebook Group.

 

Students who purchase The Funnels & Webinars Program will get "lifetime access" (in other words, for the life of the program) to the training in Kajabi, but will lose access to the members only Facebook group and coaching calls after 12 weeks.
After the end of your first 12 weeks, you have the chance to become an alumni and keep your access to coaching, support plus access to "F&W - Funnels & Webinars" for a monthly fee (TBA).



Students who purchase The Digital Product Lab Program will get "lifetime access" (in other words, for the life of the program) to the training in Kajabi, but will lose access to the members only Facebook group and coaching calls after 12 months.
