Their schooling has been so disrupted, they not getting the social stimulation they are used to and suddenly parents and children are spending a lot more time together, getting frustrated with each other and working on each other’s nerves.

Today I speak to pastoral narrative therapist, Stefanie Minnaar, who specialises in helping parents understand how their teenager’s brain work but also helping teenagers navigate through this difficult time of their life.
