Episode 53

While 2020 has brought so much stress and uncertainty to many families, it is so easy to forget that our children are also affected by everything that’s going on. Their schooling has been so disrupted, they not getting the social stimulation they are used to and suddenly parents and children are spending a lot more time together, getting frustrated with each other and working on each other’s nerves.

Today I speak to pastoral narrative therapist, Stefanie Minnaar, who specialises in helping parents understand how their teenager’s brain work but also helping teenagers navigate through this difficult time of their life.

So grab a cuppa…or maybe a glass of wine is in order for this episode, and let’s dive into it!
